A four-level villa shaped by light, open spaces and sea views from every floor. Large panoramic windows fill the house with light throughout the day, while the private 8 × 4 m pool and several terraces create different places to relax, dine outdoors or simply sit and look out over the Mediterranean.

Serenity is a villa where the sea is almost always in view. On the rooftop, there is a 6 × 3 m pool with panoramic views: open in summer, and covered by a transparent dome during the cooler season, with heating available during selected periods. Terraces, light and a sense of privacy make the house especially enjoyable for those days when you simply do not want to rush anywhere.
